The European Renewable Energy Research Centres Agency is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant Responsibilities · Daily management of the “European Master course in Renewable Energy” (follow-up and finalisation of online students’ application process; Master website update; assisting with the organisation of the Master Steering Committee meetings and conference calls; assisting with the organisation of the Master Presentation Days) · Updating of the EUREC website and databases, as well as the websites of other EUREC projects · To assist and support the Secretary General (and other EUREC staff) with the organisation of the EUREC Board meetings, College of Members, and other relevant meetings (e.g. send invitations, prepare registration forms, and update the list of participants…) · To prepare and circulate the EUREC Newsletter, and other relevant documents EUREC Agency offices are situated in the Renewable Energy House in Brussels, a major cross-road for all actors in the field of renewables, from Europe and abroad.
