Platform (TPWind) to drive towards
cost reductions and to address barriers to wind energy development, looking
towards 2030. TPWind crystallizes and prioritizes technology and policy research
as well as facilitates policy development among EU Member States. |

With this the demand for new technologies, such as solar thermal, is also rapidly increasing in this sector. The European Solar Thermal Technology Platform (ESTTP) is at the forefront of these changes, and aims at developing a strategic research plan for solar thermal technology and markets until 2030.
