The Commission’s proposals for the FP7 Capacities programme aim to enhance research and innovation capacities throughout Europe and ensure their optimal use. Under the Research Infrastructure area the Commission launched a call on 30 July 2009. The deadline for submitting a proposal is 3 December 2009, at 17.00 Brussels local time.
