Scientists wishing to access the European Theoretical Spectroscopy Facility (ETSF) are invited to submit their project proposals before 27 Oct 2009.

Proposals are welcome from researchers wishing to develop undestanding of electronic excitations, transport and spectroscopy for applications related to condensed matter physics, chemistry, biology, materials and nano-science.

The next all for proposals will come in the spring.
