Open letter to EC on NER300 |

EUREC Agency has written to the Commission presenting two scenarios for the future of "NER300", the instrument dedicated to financing innovative renewable energy installations and CCS born of the revised Emissions Trading Directive (Directive 2009/29/EC, Art 10a 8).
The letter refers to the RSFF, which is the “Risk Sharing Finance Facility”, operated by the European Investment Bank with a capital contribution from the European Commission’s budget for FP7. It offers different kinds of financial assistance, including unsecured soft loans and loan guarantees, to high-risk ventures. |
