Technology expertise |
- technologies for biofuels obtaining (biodiesel, bioethanol, biogas) from biomass (1st + 2nd generation biofuels) - technologies for biogas from biogenic wastes - biofuels quality certification (biodiesel and bioethanol) - environmental impact of biofuels production and use |
Main research topics |
¨modern, non-pollutant, cost-efficient technologies for biofuels obtaining ¨efficient methods and solutions to turn into good account the secondary products resulted from biofuels obtaining process; ¨methods to certify the quality of delivered biofuels, beginning with “the raw (starting) material” until delivery; ¨identify the technical, organizational, economic and institutional possibilities in order to replace/substitute classical fuels with biofuels ¨find the best promoting methods for biofuels utilization/implementation on large scale¨environmental impact of different technologies |
