27th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference

Home / News & Events / 27th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference

Frankfurt is the city chosen to host the 27th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (27th EU PVSEC), the largest international Conference for Photovoltaic Research and Technologies, Industries and Applications.

The event will take place on 24-28 September 2012 at the Messe Frankfurt and will bring together the global PV community to stimulate business and to present and discuss the latest developments and innovations in Photovoltaics.

The Conference Programme will be defined under the guidance of the PVSEC's International Scientific Committee, composed of more than 190 senior representatives from the global PV community. The agenda will combine scientific, technological and industrial issues from the perspective of research and development, industry, utilities, politics, architecture and end-users. In addition, the Technical Programme will be coordinated by the European Commission, DG Joint Research Centre, in order to match the highest scientific standards.

The agenda also includes a PV Solar Industry Exhibition running alongside the Conference, a showcase for the technology and service providers of the PV Solar sector. The exhibition will happen on 25-28 September 2012, also at the Messe Frankfurt.

The Call for Papers is currently open. Interested contributors are invited to submit an abstract of their latest scientific and technological results by 15 February 2012.

Further details are on the Conference website, www.photovoltaic-conference.com
