CSSC-9 & Silicon Materials workshop10-12 October 2016
The 9th International Workshop on Crystalline Silicon for Solar Cells and the 3rd Silicon Materials Workshop will be held in Arizona, USA, will be held on October 10-12th, 2016 at the Arizona State University.
The CSSC workshop is now at the 9th edition. This workshop focuses on the silicon material and the substrate with strong attention on crystallization.
The SiMat workshop is now at the 3rd edition. This workshop focuses at the interface of silicon materials (feedstock, ingot and wafers) and cell and module technologies.
Combining the two workshops creates a fantastic opportunity to exchange knowledge end insight between industrial and scientific participants from the two communities.
The program will include invited and contributed oral and poster presentations in addition to several open forum discussions on selected topics:
- Hot Zone Materials
- Multi Crystalline Silicon
- Seeded Growth
- CZ Silicon
3.Wire Saw and Kerfless Technologies
5.Silicon Material-related Module Performances & Reliability
6.Discussion session on new technologies
7.Integration of Cell Architecture with Silicon Substrate Specifics
8. p- vs.n-type Silicon Solar Cells
