EUREC and ECF event with DG Energy
15 March 2019
As flagged in EUREC News #218 of 30 January 2019, EUREC has co-organised an event with the European Climate Foundation linking the EU’s innovation policy (Horizon Europe, ETS Innovation Fund) to deep decarbonisation (the EU’s emerging strategy for a zero-carbon economy by 2050). The programme is now approved for publication.
During this workshop, several analytical papers on the synergies between innovations funding instruments will be presented. It will be followed by a discussion with attendees and experts from think tanks, the European Commission (DG Energy especially) and other European organisations.
The meeting takes place at the offices of ECF, 23 Rue de la Science, 1040 Brussels, starting at 8:30 and followed by a light lunch from 12:45 to 13:30. Registration is by clicking here and filling in the form or by responding to adeline.rochet@Europeanclimate.org. The deadline for registration is 5th March.
The Chatham House Rule applies.
