EUREC supports PV manufacturing letter

EUREC has co-signed this letter with the European Technology and Innovation Platform in PV (ETIP-PV), Solar United and EERA calling, in its headline, for a boost in the annual European PV market. The body of the letter is more concerned with maintaining a PV manufacturing chain in Europe, and describes silicon cell technology, which could be wiped out unless Solarworld’s future is assured, as being its "core”. EUREC co-signed a similar letter in June.
